One Lakh in Jan 2008 = What today?

An interesting ET snippet of what a one lakh investment in Jan 08 would be worth today. Some stocks are down 80+% from their highs, and none of these companies are unknown names - most are highly traded, very high-cap stocks on the NSE.

More if you need: A one lakh investment in Sobha on Jan 1 would be worth less than 15,000 today.

Bear markets are big, bad and dirty - but the bull markets set expectations too high.
