How Bad Is The Monsoon Really?

They say the monsoon isn’t all that great this year. So how bad is it? Till the 18th we see rainfall being deficient, and here’s the breakup by state:

Over in Bangalore we seem to have had enough rainfall. The anomaly (deviation from normal) seems be showing a lot of “red” as the days go along. Here’s the deviation map on the 20th.
