Deal flow for today shows lack of Big Deals. Individual Investor purchased a small stake in Deep Industries which has received Notification of Award for Hiring of Gas Dehydration System at ONGC and Savla Shailesh sold a small stake in Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills – a leading premium yarns to denim to garment manufacturer.

After successful run in Exploration and Production Business in India, Deep Industries Limited has also been awarded One (1) Onshore Coal Bed Methane Block in Indonesia

The Company has grown up to be a “One Stop Solution” provider for every need in Oil and Gas field operations by catering various equipment and services under rental and chartered-hire basis

The company has received Notification of Award for Hiring of Gas Dehydration System for Four (04) Production Installations for a period of 5 Years at ONGC Rajamundry Asset viz. Tatipaka GCS, Kesanapalli GCS, KPDA EPT & Endamuru GCS. The total estimated value of the said Award is of Rs. 246.88 Cr.

Kunal Rakesh Aggarwal – an individual investor purchased 150,000 shares or 0.51%


MBL Infrastructures

MBL Infrastructures Limited is engaged in the execution of Civil Engineering Projects. The Company provides integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for Civil Construction and Infrastructure sector projects. In recent years, MBL has executed and commenced a number of praiseworthy projects in 14 states of India. The Company has successfully completed the execution of the BOT project of 114 km long Seoni – Balaghat – Gondia State Highway (Madhya Pradesh), which is operational since February, 2008.
