The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of sanitarywares, faucets, shower range – wellness, kitchen sinks, mirrors and personal care products. Its sanitarywares categories include wash basins, urinals, cisterns, seat covers, sensor and bath accessories. Its faucets categories include ruby, opal, topaz, chesley, quartet, titanium, carbon and platinum. The Company has Tiles and Powerunit as other two segments, Tiles includes Wall and floor and Floor tiles.
Steadview is headed by Ravi Mehta, who cut his teeth as an Asia analyst for ex-Tiger Cub Lee Ainslie’s Maverick Capital. Steadview is an investment fund focused on Asia, investing in both public and private equity. Steadview Capital is an investor in Flipkart and Ola.
LTR Focus Fund and Steadview Capital Mauritius are both part of the Steadview Capital Hong King.
Both the firms sold 221,859 shares or 1.71%. With this, their shareholding is down to 14,796 shares or 0.11%.
