Credit Suisse says no to Dominoes – cuts stake in Jubilant Foodworks from 3.4% to 1.3%

Jubilant Foodworks (click here to view this on our SNAP Analytics Tool) – is a Jubilant Bhartia Group Company. The Company & its subsidiary operates Domino’s Pizza brand with the exclusive rights for India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The Company launched Dunkin’ Donuts in India in April 2012 in Delhi. The Company has 70 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India (as of February 11, 2016).

Credit Suisse continues to dump the stock. The fund sold 972,657 shares representing 1.43% on 24-May and another lot of 399,000 shares representing 0.59% of the shareholding on 26-May-16.

Credit Suisse held 2,285,596 shares or 3.47% and its new reduced stake stands at 913,939 shares or 1.35%.
