The organization encourages investor participation in Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, which runs from October 27, 2025, in accordance with directives from SEBI and the Central Vigilance Commission. The initiative aims to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability among all stakeholders in the financial ecosystem. Participants are invited to complete an Integrity e-Pledge through the CVC portal to demonstrate commitment to ethical financial practices.

Adoption of Standardised, Validated and Exclusive UPI IDs for Payment Collection as per SEBI Directive

Capitalmind has implemented the framework mandated by SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DEPA-II/DEPA-II_SRG/P/CIR/2025/86, dated June 11, 2025, regarding standardized and validated UPI identification for collecting investor payments. The implementation applies to SEBI-registered intermediaries as specified in the directive.
