  • "Stay The Course" Aid

We help you stay invested through market cycles by targeting lower volatility and market drawdowns in your portfolio.

  • Tax-efficient “safe” sleeve

We get you exposure to debt and other non-equity asset classes while optmising for equity capital gains tax treatment.

  • Sequence Risk Buffer

We reduce the risk of a market correction derailing your near-term goals when you need to access your money.

  • Single House Dependence

We selectively diversify across fund houses and fund managers, so no single market view has an outsized influence on the portfolio.

  • Behavioral Discipline

We follow a disciplined investment process, making decisions based on rules rather than emotions, helping you stay the course through short-term market moves.

The CALM Process

How Anchor is Built and Managed

Hybrid mutual funds are picked to deliver a diversified asset allocation with meaningful non-equity exposure, focusing on lower portfolio volatility and drawdown, while optimising for equity LTCG treatment.

  • Category Peer-Relative Screens

Compares mutual funds and SIFs within their own categories and prefers those that can qualify for equity LTCG treatment.

  • Age Filter

Selects funds with enough history so that their performance across different market conditions can be assessed.

  • Low-Volatility & Consistency Scoring

Ranks funds against their peers based on their risk-adjusted returns, consistency of performance, and their ability to manage drawdowns.

  • Manager Discretion

Selects only those hybrid mutual funds that qualify for equity LTCG taxation to achieve the target 50:50 equity to non-equity allocation.
