V-Guard Industries Ltd is a major electrical appliances manufacturer in India, and the largest in the state of Kerala. It manufactures voltage stabilizers, wiring cables, electric pumps, electric motors, geysers, solar water heaters, electric fans and UPSs. It was founded in 1977 by Kochouseph Chittilappilly as a small voltage stabilizer manufacturing unit.

Kochouseph Chittilappilly also founded other establishments such as V Star, an Indian manufacturer of innerwear for men, women, and children, and Wonderla, a chain of amusement parks in South India.

ABG Capital, LTR Focus Fund and Steadview Capital Mauritius exit V-Guard with a complete stake sale to DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund, India Midcap Mauritius Limited, Kuwait Investment Authority and Government Pension Fund Global.
