Note: The IIP numbers have been revised to +2.51% in a corrigendum.

The Index of Industrial Production (IIP) comes in at a positive 1.95%, which honestly is neither here nor there. 2% growth, in nominal terms, is not even growth.

The positive is that the numbers for March 2013 have been revised from the first announced +2.5% to a revised +3.41%, and Jan 2013 from the earlier noted 2.36% to 2.48%. Both are upward revisions.
