An after-note on a post I wrote long back on Jyoti Structures NCDs and Warrants (March 2011).

Today’s the last date of the first period of exercise (if you hold the warrant) but it will go unexercised, because the exercise price is 120 and the share’s at 71.

NCDs trade very thin, between 110 and 114 if you can get it. Not that great (even with the 13% yield it has, if Jyoti doesn’t default).

(I need to create a note-taking method that’s less cumbersome than a blog post)
